3. Workshop Services and Separate Agreements
Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a Workshop Exploration Call, or communicating with Life After 12th does not create a service agreement or guarantee workshop availability.
Workshop scope, scheduling, fees, cancellations, district responsibilities, student participation, accommodations, data handling, and other service terms will be addressed in a separate written proposal or agreement.
If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement between Life After 12th and a school, district, organization, or client, the signed agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

Schools, districts, students, and families should verify important information with the appropriate institution, employer, licensing body, or government agency before acting on it.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Life After 12th disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and noninfringement.

Life After 12th’s total liability for claims arising solely from use of the Site will not exceed $100.
This limitation does not alter any rights, remedies, or obligations established in a separate signed service agreement. It also does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of PA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding relating solely to the Site or these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in York, PA, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through direct communication.

We may update these Terms periodically. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
A failure by Life After 12th to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
