A Unique Approach to Career Guidance
All of the work required for the coaching program is done together during Zoom sessions so clients can get help in real-time. This means they are never on their own and are able to to complete tasks with confidence.
Since we work together during the coaching sessions, clients have built-in accountability. This means there's no way to take short-cuts that would yield poor work and lessen the impact of the process.
Let's face it, most young are already super busy and are always the best with managing time or overcoming procrastination. Another great benefit of doing all of the required work together, is that there's nothing to manage between sessions! This means young people are more likely to embrace the coaching!
It's super important that clients feel comfortable and confident about every facet of the coaching experience. Clients are in control and get to establish the length and frequency of the Zoom sessions in addition to how they want to encounter the content. This means that the coaching is completely customized to fit their learning preferences and processing styles.

Hi, I'm Jay DuSold.
I’ve spent decades working with teens in various capacities and have logged countless hours in family counseling as a mentor and coach. The highlight of my work with teens was the season of parenting my own two sons who are now 25 and 27!
I’ve never grown tired of working with young people . . . they're definitely my favorite humans on the planet! I think I’m mostly drawn to the potential of their young lives and the ability to make a long-lasting impact on them. I also love that they're energetic, optimistic, and a bit crazy at times!
My work as a youth career guide began in 2014 when my oldest son was a junior in high school and I was trying to give him career guidance. I created some unique solutions and have been working with young people around the world ever since.
